A leading medical institution is seeking a Student Services Officer to support student programs and administrative operations. This role is responsible for advising students, maintaining student records, coordinating academic and program services, supporting recruitment and outreach initiatives, and collaborating with faculty and staff to enhance the student experience.

Student Services Officer Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on academic progress, program requirements, policies, career planning, campus resources, accessibility services, and other student-related matters while providing guidance to support informed decision-making.
  • Review, maintain, and administer student records, analyze student data, process enrollment and eligibility requests, and resolve routine student service issues in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and cross-functional departments to address programmatic needs, improve student services, support enrollment initiatives, and resolve student-related concerns.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on student feedback, surveys, and program data to identify trends, recommend improvements, support policy development, and enhance programs and services.
  • Support student recruitment, outreach events, webinars, educational fairs, scholarship and fellowship awareness, financial and administrative processes, and provide guidance to students in need of additional support or resources.

Student Services Officer Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in student services, academic advising, higher education administration, program coordination, customer service, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard computer applications.
  • Experience working with student information systems, databases, or related technology platforms.
  • Ability to understand and apply institutional policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Knowledge of financial transactions, reimbursements, or administrative processes is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating programs, events, outreach activities, or student engagement initiatives is preferred.

Shift:

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
