We embrace the collective mixtures of all our employees' and students' differences and similarities.Overview Roanoke College is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-service oriented individual to join the Business Office team.Responsibilitiesproviding courteous, professional service to students, parents, faculty and staff by phone and front counter coverage.Resolves specific student and parent questions while maintaining a friendly student based front office.Responsible for the college's cash receipts operation and daily management of student receivables in conjunction with billing staff.The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented team player, who demonstrates ability in managing multiple tasks with accuracy.RequirementsBachelor's degree or an equivalent level of training and/or related work experience.Ability to operate well in open office environment, flexible to changing needs of the day.Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.Experience with accounts receivable and cash receipts posting.Any experience with Ellucian Colleague, Transact (formerly Blackboard), Remote Deposit, and/or online ecommerce solutions a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
