Student Services Summer Assistant

Temporary Part-Time

Join the Student Services team at Umpqua Community College this summer!

Umpqua Community College is looking for a motivated, creative, and reliable Summer Assistant who's ready to jump in, learn new skills, and help support the day-to-day work that keeps campus life moving. The Student Services Summer Assistant provides administrative and operational support within the Division of Student Services, helping students, staff, and campus departments maintain efficient daily operations and create a positive student experience. In this role, you'll assist with customer service, office support, event preparation, communications, and special projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in higher education and student services.

This temporary 3-month position runs from June through September and offers an excellent opportunity to build professional skills, gain real-world experience, and contribute to a student-focused campus community.

If you enjoy variety, working with people, and learning something new every day, this could be the perfect summer opportunity for you!
