This full‑time, 10‑month faculty position (beginning in August 2026) will work across pre‑K‑8 grade levels to support student success.Ideal CandidatesCollaborative, student‑centered professionals with experience in or a willingness to develop expertise in social‑emotional learning, technology‑rich practices, and differentiated support for students with diverse learning styles and needs. The candidate should be highly organized, skilled at calendaring and planning, and able to coordinate and oversee testing processes with accuracy, care, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesKnowledge and understanding of the developmental stages and needs of studentsWork with students who are having academic difficulty and/or returning to school after an extended absenceProctor testing for all LS and MS students, including accommodations such as extended testing time and supervision of small groupsOversee and schedule small group testing; assist in ERB/CTP‑5 standardized test scheduling and proctoringShow willingness to develop or maintain expertise in social‑emotional learningCollaboratively plan with the student services teamPerform assigned duties such as carpool, lunch, and recess dutiesCover academic and non‑academic classes (e.g., study hall, homeroom) as neededDemonstrate effective classroom managementMaintain effective and timely communication with colleagues and administratorsParticipate in professional development opportunities to learn and utilize innovative tools and techniques that improve student learningRequirementsPossess a growth mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with students, department chairs, faculty, staff, and parentsA positive attitudeA bachelor's degree is requiredPlease submit an online application for employment and attach a cover letter and resume.
