The mission for this role is to be team members who provide students access to a quality high school education through the ThrivePoint system. Student Success Coaches have a genuine passion for supporting at-risk students. They believe ALL students can be successful when given access to opportunities to identify, build, and achieve their academic and personal goals with proper support.Work daily with student in-person and virtuallyWork closely with content teacherInsure that students are completing assigned tasksInsure that students receive appropriate support and interventionsThe Student Success Coach will guide students using standardized bench marks, review course progressCommunicate with student, parents, teachers and site leadershipHours are 7:30 pm to 4:00 pmQualificationsAssociates degree would be preferableMust have a High School DiplomaMust have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card#J-18808-Ljbffr
