Einstein Charter Schools ("Einstein") is a nonprofit Charter Management Organization whose mission is to nurture students to be academically STRONG as well as socially and emotionally resilient.
Founded in 2005, Einstein Charter Schools is a top-performing, tuition-free, open-admissions network serving students in New Orleans East.
Beginning in the 2026-27 school year, Einstein will operate as a unified school serving students in grades Pre-K-8 through the consolidation of Village de l'Est, Sherwood Forest, and Einstein Middle School. This unified model is designed to strengthen alignment across campuses, enhance student support, and provide a seamless educational experience from early childhood through middle school.
Authorized by the Orleans Parish School Board, Einstein serves more than 850 students, over 32% of whom receive English Language Learner (ELL) services. Einstein remains committed to providing a high-quality education that prepares all students for long-term academic and personal success.

Position Overview
The Student Success Coordinator (School Culture) works closely with the Head of School and leadership team to cultivate a safe, positive, and student-centered school culture that supports academic success and social-emotional development.
This role provides proactive leadership in supporting students, teachers, and families to ensure the consistent implementation of school culture systems, including PBIS, restorative practices, and behavioral interventions. The Student Success Coordinator works collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, the social worker, counselor, nurse, staff, students, and families to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
The Student Success Coordinator also supports students in developing positive behavior habits aligned with the school's core values: Students are Safe, Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn.
