In this role, you will champion elementary and middle school career exploration, guide high school academic planning, and bridge the gap between education and future career pathways. A strong system of peer support and professional coaching will be provided to ensure your long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Career & College Readiness: Lead elementary/middle school career exploration, coordinate high school career field trips, manage college visits, and oversee senior scholarships.
- Academic Planning: Develop individual student 4-year high school academic plans and manage course scheduling.
- Community & Partnerships: Oversee school-to-work programming and build strong connections with local businesses.
- Student Wellness: Assist with social-emotional wellness programming to support the whole child.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Develop meaningful, positive relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners.
- Utilize resources, routines, and procedures to maintain a respectful, safe, and student-centered environment that drives engagement and learning.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
