POSITION: Student Success Specialist - Testing

DESCRIPTION: East Texas Baptist University invites applications for a Student Success Specialist for Testing in the Office of Academic Success. The position begins July 2026. The specialist is responsible for coordinating and administering the processes for accommodations testing in the Jarrett Learning Center, and for meeting with students for academic coaching and advising.

QUALIFICATIONS: ETBU seeks a qualified individual with student support experience. This position requires:

  • Experience in an academic setting, preferably with experience in student accommodations, advising, or student support services
  • Commitment to teamwork and process management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail for recording and compiling data and other information
  • Ability to work within multiple calendaring systems and software applications
  • Ability to advise students in courses required for degree completion

EDUCATION: Earned bachelor''s degree in education, counseling, student development, or related field.
