Position Scope

• Supervises product planning processes across cross-functional teams of the company.
• Identifies gaps in consumer product offerings and applies innovative solutions to address them.
• Analyzes product requirements, creates relevant documentation, and ensures objectives are successfully achieved.
• Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned employees.
• Performs work of the type supervised.
• Provides guidance in the resolution of routine problems.
• Familiarizes employees with established organization procedures, rules and regulations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Must have exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Must be proficient in the English language in both oral and written communication.
• Must communicate well while thinking clearly and objectively under all circumstances.
• Must be knowledgeable about the Center and the cultures it represents.
• Must have experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle.
• Must have a full range of body movement and be able to lift 20 - 30 lbs on a regular basis.

Base Rate Per Hour

$16.50

19 hours; M-F

Approximate starting hourly rate:

$14.00 - $16.00
