Position Scope
- Supervises product planning processes across cross-functional teams of the company.
- Identifies gaps in consumer product offerings and applies innovative solutions to address them.
- Analyzes product requirements, creates relevant documentation, and ensures objectives are successfully achieved.
- Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned employees.
- Performs work of the type supervised.
- Provides guidance in the resolution of routine problems.
- Familiarizes employees with established organization procedures, rules and regulations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Must be proficient in the English language in both oral and written communication.
- Must communicate well while thinking clearly and objectively under all circumstances.
- Must be knowledgeable about the Center and the cultures it represents.
- Must have experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle.
- Must have a full range of body movement and be able to lift 20 - 30 lbs on a regular basis.
