SCOPE OF WORK:
Coordinates student conduct processes, Title IX compliance, and non-clinical
student support services through the Lynx CARE Center framework. Ensures timely response to student
concerns, consistent case management, and compliance with institutional policies and applicable
regulations. Responsibilities include Title IX intake, case management, investigation, adjudication, and
service in other system-wide Title IX roles, as assigned. This position does not serve as the final decisionmaker in student conduct matters and does not provide clinical counseling services. The position reports to the VP of Student Success at NHTI, Concords Community College.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree required; degree in higher education administration, social work, counseling, human services, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years' experience in student affairs or a related field (e.g. higher education, administration, human services, or similar), including experience in student conduct, case management, conflict resolution or compliance-related processes. Experience with Banner, Navigate, and Maxient systems preferred.
