Requirements
Associate’s degree or higher OR 48 college credits + HS diploma
OR passing CBEST/Instructional Aide Exam + HS diploma
Previous school, childcare, or student support experience preferred
Responsibilities
Assist students with classroom activities and learning goals
Provide behavioral, social, and daily living support
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Support students with varying needs and abilities
