• Work closely in a team environment to deliver outstanding "concierge-level" customer service through" phone, email, "and live chat.
• Troubleshoot student support issues and coordinate solutions across various service and business units
• Play a significant part in creating customer service best practices and improving service levels.
• Assist in executing tactical approaches to enhance service quality throughout the organization.
• Ensure the team's smooth daily service operations.
• Adhere strictly to organizational procedures regarding the security and confidentiality of student financial information.
• Comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with online learning technology is a plus.
