POSITION: Student Support Specialist
LOCATION: NDSCS - Fargo, North Dakota

JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibilities include working with prospective and current students with admission applications, federal financial aid, process payments, distribute refund checks, cashiering, and evaluating and posting transfer credits. Providing responsive and positive customer service to students, staff, faculty, and the public. Other duties of this position include scanning official records, assisting with registration of new students, auditing financial aid files, file maintenance, staying current with rules and regulations, preparing deposits, and maintaining a cash drawer.

Associate Degree in Business or related field
1-3 years' experience in an office and/or business setting
Customer service background
Cashiering experience

SALARY: $42,000-$45,000, commensurate with education and experience
