Washington Union serves approximately 750 students and is located off of Highway 68 between Salinas and Monterey. In partnership with Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE), Washington Union also offers a New Teacher Induction Program with a state approved Curriculum by which new teachers attain their Professional Clear Credential.

This role involves providing direct support to students, collaborating with teachers and parents, and implementing school-wide initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive school culture. The Student Support Specialist will have a strong focus on social-emotional learning (SEL) and development.
