Student Teacher, School Counselor Intern, School Psychologist Clinical/ Practicum Hours, and Observation Hours Requests.

To be considered for any of the fields mentioned above at Addison Trail High School/ Willowbrook High School, the candidate or university must submit the following information:

• A written request from the student teaching/internship coordinator or school department specifying the subject area and requested dates of placement.

• Note: This request should be on university letterhead.

• A resume or curriculum vitae

• An unofficial transcript

• A Philosophy of Education statement

• Any other supporting documents
