The Student Tech - OIT supports campus technology by assisting students, faculty, and staff with troubleshooting and maintaining devices such as computers, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
They set up and repair PCs and Macs, install software, and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
Ideal candidates are currently enrolled students with a minimum 2.0 GPA, proficient in Windows 10, Mac OS, and Office 365, with strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities include responding to tech support requests, managing helpdesk tickets, and maintaining AV equipment.
This role requires physical activity, a flexible work schedule (8-12 hours/week), and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Position is located in Owings Mills, with hourly pay of approximately $15.00.
