Ticket Office and Sales Assistant will perform a variety of office duties related to the daily operations/procedures conducted at the Hulman Center's Ticket Office.

Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule

Will work some normal office and some nights depending on when we have an event.

Regular office hours are from 8-4:30

Job Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ticket Office & Sales Assistant will be responsible for: Selling tickets through the Ticketmaster system for events at Hulman Center, Tilson Auditorium and other venues Answering phone which results in answering questions concerning events at HC & TAF Taking season ticket orders Transferring calls and taking messages, Typing letters and bills, Data entry Distributing mail Preparing miscellaneous blank forms, spreadsheets, reports and etc. Performs other duties as assigned.
