Position Summary:
To assist and direct guests of Knight Performance Hall during events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan or take and tear tickets
- Hand out programs
- Escort Knight Performance Hall guests to their seats
- Interact and offer help to a variety of students, staff, faculty, and guests as needed
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Dress according to Usher Dress Code while working
- Able to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, tactful and courteous manner
- Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern's mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community
