Job Description:

Baylor Law's Student Success Center is located at the Umphrey Law School, and houses the Career Development Office, Academic Success Office and Student Life Office.

Each office works with students in their law school journey in unique and focused ways to recognize their strengths, identify their interests, develop a career plan, and take proactive steps to help them land the position they seek following graduation.

The role will assist with confidential data input and maintenance, research, event coordination, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is beneficial.

• Provide general office assistance and support
• Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
• Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
