Job Description

No Classification of the position: Other Campus: Post Campus Department Name: Information Technology Department's Dean and/or Director: Esther cho Location: Building and Floor:Browse Hillwood Commons 2nd Flr Supervisor: Name: Christina Mattary Title: Manager Purpose or role of the position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities): Browse, LIU's authorized technology store, offers discounted tablets, laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, and accessories to students, faculty, and staff with a valid LIU ID. Duties and Principal Responsibilities: Student associates at Browse play a key role in daily operations while gaining hands-on experience alongside certified Helpdesk technicians.They develop skills in retail, customer service, business management, marketing, e-commerce, and tech support-valuable résumé builders before graduation.Students are also encouraged to visit Browse for Helpdesk support, including assistance with MyLIU account and password setup.
