Description

To assist in support of the children, teachers and staff of the Early Childhood Education Center and Program.

Job Duties

• Demonstrates IWCCs core mission, vision and values.
• Assist in the supervision of children to provide safety and emotional well-being.
• Interact and carry out learning activities with children.
• Interact safely with children at all times, including the playground.
• Complete sanitation duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with children of all ages.
• Experience working with children.
• Must be reliable and dependable and on time.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people.
• Professional in communications, appearance, relationships and responsiveness.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Current IWCC student.

Physical Demands
