The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences Dean's office is in need of a Federal Study Student Worker to work Monday - Friday, 10 - 20 hours a week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Sorts and files records into correct folders within the office filing system.
• Makes updates to the CHBS marketing materials.
• Responsible for helping plan events such as receptions and opening meetings.
• Curates newsletter using the design template.
• Assists in planning and implementing the CHBS Student Research Symposium.
• Assists with student and faculty needs including but not limited to unlocking classrooms, unlocking lockers, and making copies.
• Creates reports for college assessments and leadership meetings.
• Helps with the social media and marketing needs for CHBS and the ITC.
• Assists with communication between the college and departments which includes but is not limited to save the dates and faculty announcements.
• Assists Associate Deans and Program Specialists as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
