JOB SUMMARY

To provide clerical support to members of the history department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist visitors in person, via telephone or by email; perform data entry filing, documentation preparation; support event coordination; including signage materials and logistics; other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Federal work study (FWS) eligibility is required

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

10 hours weekly
