The Financial Aid student worker will be responsible for performing office tasks. Primary duties include answering phones, greeting students, other general office duties, and providing customer service to employees and students.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required knowledge and skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and students.
• Able to work independently to complete assignments neatly and accurately with little supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information.

Required experience

• General office environment.
• Computer experience preferred.

Required educational background

Federal Work Study eligible preferred.

Current Butler student.
