Student Worker: Library Lvl 1 Student Worker

WE ACCEPT BOTH FEDERAL AND NON-FEDERAL WORK STUDY STUDENTS

This position requires excellent customer service skills. Other required skills are the ability to work with others, clearly communicate with patrons, an intermediate level of technology skill, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

• Checking in/out library materials
• Shelving library materials
• Answering basic library queries
• Assisting library patrons as needed, specifically with computer-related questions
• Provide basic software support for students
• Complete closing procedures
• And other tasks as assigned

Coverage:

The library is open 84 hours a week. Student-workers assist in covering 79 of the hours: M-TR 8am-9pm, F 8am-5pm, SU 6pm-12am.

Physical Demands:
