Summary

Assists the WNMU administration, faculty, staff, and student body. Duties include:
- Performs basic office duties such as filing, deliveries, and answering the phones.
- Assists visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Performs work in a timely manner and meets all deadlines.
- Maintains all information confidential.
- Provides a broad range of administrative functions.
- Maintains comprehensive communication among all contacts internal and external.
- Models professional standards and ethics in accordance with WNMU philosophy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of campus.

- Must be able to handle multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Must be sensitive to cultural differences within the University and community.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications.
