Mercy University is seeking candidates for a part-time, graduate student worker level-1. The Graduate Student worker (level 1) will be responsible for general administrative duties including copying, filing, answering the phone/emails, creating documents, equipment set-up, assisting with event planning and working closely with faculty, current and prospective students and the program administrative assistant. The student worker -L1 should be willing and able to participate in training in specific database systems used by the program including but not limited to Physical Therapy Centralized Application System (PTCAS) and Clinic documentation and scheduling systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic team.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• At least one year of graduate studies in the PT Program or other health related curriculum

Physical/Other Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per university policies
