The hours would be between 8am - 5pm, and Monday - Friday Desired Length of Employment: Ongoing Pay Rate: $9.00 - $11.00 Job Description: You will work with the Procurement Team to process daily requisitions for university functions and personnel. You will work with one or more Category Leaders on assigned project(s) and the Administrative Manager and other departments within Business Services with general office duties as needed, scanning, research, closing Pos, and daily department projects. Surplus Requirements: - Assist with auctions setup. - Maintaining surplus inventory Onsite at the Surplus location a minimum of at least once a week but not limited according to inventory and auction timelines. - Assist with management with Surplus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - Skills in creating Excel spreadsheets and Word documents - General office administrative and customer service experience - Strong communication skills - Exposure to Microsoft Teams - Desire to learn - Detail-Oriented - Problem-solving skills - Positive and friendly attitude Provide general P2P and support: - Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information - Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information - Assist with various projects, activities, or tasks as needed - Ability to comply with University policies - Maintain regular and punctual attendance Employer: Baylor University Work Location: Robinson Tower/Remote/Warehouse/Hybrid
