Provides assistance and support related to customer inquiries such as: • Department contact information • Schedule and location of events • Computer systems • Software • Audio-visual • Wireless and instructional technologies
This position responds to a variety of inquiries requiring troubleshooting to determine appropriate solutions.

Required knowledge and skills -----------------------------
Good general knowledge of working with computers and MS office applications
