Work Schedule: Flexible working hours when the Waco Hall is hosting Events

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose: This position assists the house management with setting up the lobby for an event, greeting patrons, distributing programs and assisting the Waco Hall patrons during an event. This position also helps ensure that patrons are following the policies of the facility and the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• May assist or coordinate various activities and tasks for execution of events or hospitality services
• Provide excellent customer services to internal and external partners
• May coordinate logistics to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• May be a source to provide information, answer inquiries and resolve issues
• May participate in meetings related to planning and coordinating events or hospitality services
• May conduct presentations to provide updates to internal and external partners
• May create feedback or event survey(s)
• May collaborate with Marketing and Communications for branding and advertising
• May identify and recommend improvements for events or hospitality services
• May assist with outreach and promotion of upcoming services or events
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
