Special Skills Needed
• Must be available to work during the weeks of camp: June 15 - August 7, 2026. • First Aid and CPR certification preferred. • Ability to lift 30lbs and quickly and efficiently deliver materials around campus with a wagon or hand cart. • Proven success as a flexible, positive team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, project-oriented environment. • Ability to take initiative with project and support assignments. • Exceptional organizational skills. • Ability to establish and maintain excellent professional and effective working relationships with staff, students, parents, and customers. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to listen actively and demonstrate understanding of written instructions. • Ability to shift quickly between several tasks without loss of continuity. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability and desire to assist instructors and supervisors to achieve success. • Driver's license required. • Background check required.
Additional Information
18+ years of age and high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with youth in grades 1-12 strongly preferred. MUST BE A CURRENT HCC STUDENT FOR THE SPRING 2026 SEMESTER. MUST BE ENROLLED IN AT LEAST 6 CREDITS FOR THE SUMMER 2026 AND/OR FALL 2026 SEMESTER(S). UNLESS FIRST-SEMESTER STUDENT, MUST HAVE ATTAINED A 2.0 SEMESTER GPA DURING THE LAST SEMESTER ATTENDED. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK DURING THE WEEKS OF CAMP: JUNE 15 - AUGUST 7, 2026.
