Cleaner / Studio Attendant

At SweatHouz, we provide our members with a premium contrast therapy experience through private infrared saunas, cold plunges, and red light therapy. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaner / Studio Attendant who takes pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment where every guest feels cared for.


This position would start as a cleaner with the ability to move into a sales role.


Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize private sauna and cold plunge suites between every guest.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all studio spaces, including lobby, bathrooms, hallways and employee spaces.
• Restock towels, toiletries and beverages throughout the day.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists.
• Ensure all equipment and suites are presentation-ready at all times.
• Empty trash, vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing towels.
• Support front desk staff as needed by greeting guests and helping maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail with high cleanliness standards.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Comfortable working independently while staying productive.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous cleaning, hospitality, hotel, spa, or fitness experience is a plus but not required.
