About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role combining fitness sales, studio operations, member retention, and team development.

You'll help grow memberships, improve conversion rates, strengthen member retention, and lead a team that consistently delivers a great member experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow up with leads, prospects, and trial members quickly and consistently
• Drive intro bookings, confirmations, attendance, and conversions
• Support member retention and proactively address cancellation risks
• Coach and develop front desk and sales team performance
• Monitor KPIs including lead response time, intro conversion, retention, and sales activity
• Maintain high operational standards across the studio
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and professional member experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality, retail leadership, or studio management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working toward goals and performance metrics
• Ability to coach, hold standards, and lead by example
• High level of ownership, urgency, and follow-through

Preferred but not required:

• Orangetheory Fitness experience
• CPR/AED certification
• Leadership or sales training

Compensation & Perks

Pay: $50,000 + lucrative bonus structure

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 35–40 hours per week, including a combination of mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on studio needs

Location: Orangetheory Fitness Strongsville, Strongsville, Ohio
