About the Role:
Join Club Pilates as a Studio Manager and lead our vibrant pilates fitness community in New Lenox, IL! This exciting opportunity allows you to inspire others while managing day-to-day studio operations, driving membership growth and fostering a welcoming environment for our members that reflects the brand and community.





Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the studio, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Manage lead generation and the sales process ensuring growth in all revenue streams. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals. 
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop front desk staff. 
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong member relationships 
  • Monitor member satisfaction and address any concerns to enhance the overall experience.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote studio events, membership drives and retention initiatives.
  • Support social media and grassroots marketing efforts 
  • Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring all resources are in excellent condition.
  • Analyze, track and report on performance metrics to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team culture and encourage professional development among staff.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in fitness management and sales or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong sales background with proven ability to meet goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with CRM or booking systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and staff.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to member success.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate studio needs, including evenings and weekends.
