In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you'll manage guest flow into and out of the Studio Tour Plaza, as well as onto and off the trams. Responsibilities include effectively communicating with team members to ensure trams are safely loaded, unloaded, and ready for operation. As a representative of the Studio Tour, you'll provide outstanding guest service by engaging positively with guests from around the world, offering assistance and information, and maintaining a clean and presentable tour area. Your ability to work collaboratively, prioritize safety, and manage high-pressure situations will enhance the experience for every guest.
