Amazon MGM Studios Studio Content Services team intakes, optimizes, stores, distributes and preserves all content, whether Amazon Original or MGM, across all post-Theatrical releasing strategies, including managing all Originals launches on Prime Video, worldwide. In addition Studio Content Services also fulfills externally, delivering Amazon MGM content to over 1000 external endpoints worldwide. SCS is also engaged in driving and supporting innovation for Amazon for AI-enabled transformation of the media supply chain.

Amazon MGM Studios Studio Content Services Team is seeking a Coordinator to support the Head of Studio Content Services and the broader team in their objective to achieve world class results through operational excellence particularly focused around process innovation and enhancement. The Coordinator will be responsible for specific operational tasks related to process transformation, including responsibilities for certain aspects of the supply chain, managing key metrics and assisting in tracking and documenting team strategic objectives. This work includes assisting with process documentation, initiative planning and contributing to metrics across the global team. The Coordinator will also assist with administration, including meeting planning and scheduling (ex. Team events) as well as assisting the Head of Studio Content Services with general planning and calendar management. Key job responsibilities

• Run, document and execute certain aspects of SCS’s ongoing daily workflow, including working in custom Studios or 3rd Party tools to ensure Shows and Movies come to market

• Collect, communicate and as able, analyze KPIs and metrics for Prime Video Launches, preparing a weekly report under the supervision of the key SCS leaders and staff engaged in this activity

• Coordinate team schedules for SCS around team alignment efforts, (ex. periodic team strategy meetings or in-person or team-building activities)

• Support the Head of SCS with calendar review and planning and other assistance as needed (eg. Expense reports and other administration)

• As part of the SCS transformation team, support development and maintenance of strategic and operational documentation including initiative tracking and workflows (ex. Updating team process Wiki, developing training materials and more)

• Also as part of the SCS transformation team, collect and track metrics across projects, including operational readiness and delays

• Under the direction of SCS Leadership, assist SCS team leads in preparation of quarterly business review report

• Assist in creation and maintenance of ongoing tracker for SCS team objectives and initiatives

• As needed, help manage SCS accounting processes (PO’s, billing, invoices, etc)

• Facilitate communications across department and support optimal communication by interacting with all SCS team members


Basic Qualifications
- 1-2 years of post-production or operational experience at a studio, vendor, streaming platform or freelance.

- Organized with great attention to detail.

- Passionate about digital entertainment

- Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Box, Outlook, and Quip.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
