Position Summary:

The Study Hall Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting students' academic success by maintaining a structured, positive, and productive learning environment. This position ensures that students use their study hall time effectively for academic work, reading, or other educational activities while upholding school policies and expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor students to maintain a safe, orderly, and focused study environment.

• Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations in a fair and consistent manner.

• Take accurate attendance and communicate absences or concerns to appropriate staff.

• Provide general academic guidance, encourage productive study habits, and assist students with organizational or time management skills as needed.
