Brief Job Profile Description
The Study Physician, Neuroimmunology is an expert clinical-development role within our Neuroimmunology therapeutic area. Working as the study-level clinical authority within a program led by the Global Clinical Program Lead (GCPL), you will provide expert medical and scientific input across our neuroimmunology programs. You will begin in multiple sclerosis and may contribute to additional indications, modalities, and clinical development programs as the portfolio evolves. You will partner closely with the Clinical Scientists on the study team and collaborate cross-functionally at the enterprise level, including with Oncology, Alexion, and development partners. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, proactive culture and be a strong communicator and collaborator, both internally and externally.
You will report to the Global Clinical Head, Neuroimmunology, or their designee, and work in close partnership with the Global Clinical Program Lead, who leads the program's clinical development strategy.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $241,613 to $362,420. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
