Study Site Engagement Lead (Remote)
Description
The role is an internal/external customer facing position, responsible for managing a portfolio of clinical research site relationships. It identifies & manages CDO partners for Boehringer's clinical trial pipeline, in collaboration with other Medicine functions, to achieve CDO objectives. The role is to actively engage with investigational sites in all stages of clinical trial development activities from protocol development through to study completion, and across multiple programs, thus contributing to accelerated and more efficient clinical development of Boehringer assets through improved site performance. The position provides planning, oversight, and strategic direction to achieve Boehringer's objectives for its Clinical Development Operations (CDO) site engagement strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and maintain operational relationships with research investigators & sites in alignment with Medicine strategic needs:

Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to define/achieve alliance objectives:
Constantly works towards meeting company objective, driving process improvement, and enhancing Boehringer's reputation with external-facing teams.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary typically between $165,600 and $248,400. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future.
