Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments
• Perform chemical services such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive client experience

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License required
• Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or Cosmetologist preferred
• Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and chemical services
• Strong communication and client consultation skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
