Responsibilities:- Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments
- Perform chemical services such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive client experience
Requirements:- Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License required
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or Cosmetologist preferred
- Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and chemical services
- Strong communication and client consultation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education
