Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automatic Submerged Arc Welder (Twin Wire) to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa, OK. This role focuses on operating automated Sub Arc welding equipment to produce high-quality, code-compliant welds on box header assemblies while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

The ideal Sub Arc Automatic Welder has Twin Wire Sub Arc experience, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and precision.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience operating Automatic Submerged Arc Welding (Twin Wire) equipment REQUIRED
Knowledge of box header welding processes preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld procedures, and production specifications
Strong understanding of welding quality standards and safety practices
Experience setting up and adjusting automated welding equipment
Strong attention to detail and production efficiency
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate automatic Submerged Arc (Sub Arc) Twin Wire welding equipment
Perform welds on box header assemblies according to specifications and quality standards
Set up and adjust welding parameters to ensure optimal weld performance
Monitor welding operations to maintain consistency and minimize defects
Inspect completed welds and identify issues requiring correction or rework
Read and follow blueprints, weld procedures, and production documentation
Maintain welding equipment and perform routine operational checks
Follow all company safety policies and welding procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and fabrication environment
Operation of automated welding systems and heavy production equipment
Exposure to welding processes, heat, sparks, and industrial materials
