? NOW HIRING: Sub-Assembly Technician ?
? Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
? Location: Aurora, OH
? Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
? Type: Contract-to-Hire
? What You’ll Do:
- Assemble hardware components onto fabricated parts and panels
- Install fasteners, hinges, brackets, and other hardware
- Read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
- Prepare components (cleaning, deburring, aligning parts)
- Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools
- Inspect assemblies for accuracy, fit, and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work closely with team members across departments
? Requirements:
- Manufacturing assembly or mechanical experience
- Ability to read assembly drawings and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and reliability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
? Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade or technical school experience preferred
? Dress Code: Steel toe boots, jeans, t-shirt
