We’re hiring an experienced Subaru Automotive Service Technician to join our service team in Washington, PA.

Earn up to $35 per flat-rate hour, based on experience and qualifications, with additional bonus opportunities. We also offer a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, brake, suspension, HVAC, and other vehicle systems
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
• Perform test drives and inspections to verify repairs
• Complete work according to Subaru, manufacturer, and dealership specifications
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer procedures
• Communicate vehicle needs and recommended repairs with Service Advisors
• Accurately document completed repairs and services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Stay current on manufacturer repair procedures, technical information, and training

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional automotive technician experience
• Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills
• Subaru or other manufacturer dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• ASE certifications preferred; assistance available for technicians working toward certification
• Current PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses preferred; assistance available if not yet obtained
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of automotive systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
