Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Level 2/3 Indirect Subcontract Administrator (Contractor) to support our subcontract management operations. This role is responsible for administering complex subcontracts and agreements, with specialized focus on large component procurement—including cryogenic tanks and larger structures—as well as long-term agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and milestone-based statements of work. The ideal candidate will bring strong contract administration expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-value, complex subcontract relationships in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Subcontract Administration:

Administer the full lifecycle of complex indirect subcontracts, from solicitation and award through closeout.
Manage subcontracts for large components and assemblies, including cryogenic tanks, large structures, and major fabricated hardware.
Develop, issue, and evaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and conduct comprehensive proposal and cost/price analyses.
Ensure subcontract terms align with prime contract flow-down requirements and company policies.

Large Component & Major Procurement:
Lead procurement and subcontract administration for high-value, large-scale components and structures.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and program teams to define technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
Manage long-lead procurement strategies and supply continuity for critical large components.

Long-Term Agreements & Master Service Agreements:
Negotiate, establish, and administer long-term agreements (LTAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Develop pricing structures, volume commitments, and performance frameworks for multi-year supplier relationships.
Manage agreement renewals, amendments, and modifications.

Terms & Conditions Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions to protect company interests and manage risk.
Ensure appropriate flow-down of prime contract requirements, including regulatory and compliance clauses.
Partner with Legal and Contracts teams to resolve complex terms and conditions issues.

Milestone-Based Statement of Work Management:
Develop and administer milestone-based statements of work (SOWs) for complex efforts.
Establish performance milestones, deliverables, and associated payment schedules.
Monitor subcontractor performance against milestones and manage milestone acceptance and payment authorization.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers.
Resolve subcontract issues including performance concerns, schedule delays, scope changes, and disputes.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, schedule, and budget.

Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all subcontract activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate and complete subcontract files and documentation.
Support audits, reviews, and reporting requirements.
