Job Description
We are seeking specialized Subcontractors (All Trades) with proven, extensive experience executing full kitchen and bathroom projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is an autonomous, highly skilled professional capable of managing and executing all installation and remodeling phases under the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and luxury finishes.
Key Requirements (MANDATORY):
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a residential remodeling subcontractor or trade specialist.
- Turnkey Execution: Proven experience executing complete kitchen and bathroom projects from start to finish (no exceptions).
- Cabinetry: Advanced proficiency in high-end cabinet installation.
- Tile Work: Expert-level tile and slab installation (floors, walls, backsplashes, and complex custom showers).
- Plumbing: Ability to perform rough-in/trim plumbing installations and fixture replacements with precision.
- Electrical: Practical knowledge of basic electrical installations (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans).
- Drywall & Finishing: Expertise in drywall installation, patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and smooth level finishes.
- Painting: Mastery in interior/exterior painting and detailed aesthetic finishes.
- Finish Carpentry: Advanced trim carpentry (baseboards, crown molding, door frames, doors, and hardware).
- Countertops: Experience working with laminate, quartz, granite, and other solid surface materials.
- Transport: Reliable commercial vehicle or truck equipped to haul tools and project materials.
- Tools: Complete set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
- Licensing & Insurance: Valid driver's license and active Commercial Liability Insurance (or willingness to complete company subcontractor requirements; start-up flexibility available).
- Background: Clean criminal background check.
- Professionalism: High work ethic, strict adherence to deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with project management and high-end clients.
Subcontractor Responsibilities:
- Execute complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish in strict compliance with plans and timelines.
- Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets, vanities, and hardware with pinpoint accuracy.
- Perform tile work on floors, walls, showers, and backsplashes.
- Install drywall, perform seamless finishing, and prepare surfaces for paint.
- Apply paint and decorative finishes according to design specifications.
- Install finish carpentry: door frames, doors, baseboards, and crown molding.
- Perform basic plumbing connections (sinks, faucets, toilets, disposals, and shower valves).
- Execute basic electrical hookups (outlets, switches, light fixtures, and exhaust fans).
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at the end of every workday.
- Protect high-end client property throughout the construction process.
- Maintain direct, ongoing communication with the Project Manager to report progress.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards.
- Deliver projects on time, efficiently, and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in residential kitchen and bath remodeling.
- Exceptional quality standards in finish carpentry and overall craftsmanship.
- Advanced ability to read, interpret blueprints, and execute architectural plans.
- Strong knowledge of Florida residential building codes and industry best practices.
- Excellent autonomous problem-solving skills in the field.
