Qualifications:

• Be a CREC Magnet School certified staff in good standing
• Demonstrate a commitment to social/emotional learning
• Be collaborative and able to work with peers

Responsibilities:

• Participate in district wide training (up to 2)
• Prepare copies and materials for weekly advisory lessons
• Email teachers weekly regarding upcoming lessons
• Communicate with parents monthly about advisory topics
• Gather feedback and attend feedback meetings (2 per year)

Process for selection:

• Review of the letters of interest;
• Review of experience; and
• Interview (as needed).
