Bring Your Submarine Combat Systems Experience to the Future Fleet
Arcfield is seeking a Submarine Combat Systems Engineer to help shape future capabilities for the U.S. Navy's AN/BYG-1 Submarine Combat Control System. This role is ideal for an experienced submarine Fire Control Technician, combat systems operator, or engineer who understands how submarine weapons, sensors, tactical systems, and payloads come together in an operational environment.
You will bring real-world fleet experience into research, development, testing, and engineering efforts that support future submarine combat capabilities. Your operational perspective will help technical teams understand how proposed requirements, concepts, and technologies could affect the warfighter and submarine mission.

Equal Pay Act
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
