Job Summary: Not your regular Customer Support - Candidates must have Experience Supporting SAAS Subscriptions and Technical Licensing. This role is responsible for providing crucial day-to-day technical and administrative support for a growing subscription program. The coordinator will act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing essential device activations. Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate licenses, cellular services, and entitlements.
- Verify accurate licensing and entitlements for devices.
- Address tier 2 support requests for licensing and activation.
- Submit internal requests for serialized device ownership.
- Collaborate with internal teams on customer needs.
Must-Have Skills:
- 0-1+ years of experience in technical licensing operations.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
Experience in software licensing or subscription-based service support is preferred.
