Substance Abuse Counselor 099 - Bridgewater NJ

Salary: $54,325 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $2,500

Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach, and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset and Warren Counties.
Office located in Bridgewater, NJ
Providing and coordinating substance abuse services in-home
Case management and case documentation skills are essential
Case conferences with Child Protection and Permanency (CP&P) and other providers
Remote work possible after 3-month probationary period.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and (2) two years related experience.
CADC or LCADC
Rotating 24/7 coverage required
Flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history
