Pay & Benefits
- Pay Package: $33/hr for local candidates within 50 miles and $39/hr for candidates traveling outside of 50 miles to site.

What Youll Do
- Deliver evidence-based SUD and COD group services to diverse populations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments using tools like ASAM and SBIRT
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
- Link clients to community resources, including healthcare, housing, and employment services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant client records and data entry
- Participate in community advocacy and program improvement activities
What You Need
Required:
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- LISW or LMHC licensure
- Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance
- Experience working with co-occurring disorders and utilizing ASAM assessments
- Strong communication, organizational, and cultural competency skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in substance use disorder treatment
- Knowledge of community resources and health systems
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
