Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $33.00/hr (local candidates within 50 miles); $39.00/hr (travel candidates 50+ miles)
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and COD group services to clients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., ASAM, SBIRT) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support clients in linking to community resources and formal service systems
• Collaborate with outpatient providers to coordinate integrated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with confidentiality and reporting standards
• Supervise and mentor provisionally licensed staff
• Participate in community outreach, trainings, and compliance activities

What You Need:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• LISW or LMHC licensure (required)
• Experience working with co-occurring disorders and utilizing ASAM assessments preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in team settings
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
